]]>Our hot chocolate mix makes a delicious cup of hot chocolate, but what about in the summer heat? No sweat (but, probably sweating, it's hot out), we've got you covered with our Frozen Hot Chocolate recipe!
Get our homemade marshmallow fluff shipped straight to your door, and eat it however you want, and, if you're looking for the easiest cookie project with delicious results as a fluffernutter, here you go! No stand mixer, no fancy equipment, just 3 ingredients and an oven!
3 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie recipe:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together (if you have a spoonula/spatula or hefty spoon, you'll want to use that, bc, the peanut butter)
Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet, about 6-8 cookie dough balls per sheet (line with a silicon mat, or parchment paper). If you have a small cookie dough scooper, that's perfect! If not, you can use a large melon baller, or, hell, just use a small spoon and roll the dough with your hands
Pro tip: press the dough down so it's flatter, like a disc (not too thin, but you don't want it as a mound)
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown
Let cool, and enjoy as-is, or spread some marshmallow fluff in the middle for a cookie sandwich fluffernutter!
