Cancellations:

Classes must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee per ticket). If a class is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, a refund will not be issued. If you cannot attend within 72 hours, you can transfer your ticket to another person, just email us: hello@squishmarshmallows.com.

If a class does not have enough participants, we may cancel the class 48 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will notify you, and issue a full refund.

Safety:

Please know that you are entering a commercial kitchen. Your safety is important to us, so please follow all instructions and guidelines given during the class. If any participant goes against policies and instructions, they may be asked to leave, and will forfeit finishing the class and receiving any refund. By signing up, you agree to being held responsible for any actions outside of our policies, and Squish LLC cannot be held responsible.
