Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is only done nationally in the US.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Feel free to check out the shipping policies here. In general, please allow about one week to receive your order. Depending on when you place your order, and when shipping is done, it may take a day or two longer, or, could end up being a lot faster! Either way, you will receive a notification email once your order is shipped, with tracking information. 

Do you offer catering for events?

Do you have custom options?

Yes! We love customizing items to fit your event. We can do custom colors, flavors, shapes, branding, and labeling options! We do have minimums that any custom work falls under, so just reach out to discuss options:! 

I know you need around 2 weeks notice for events orders, but is a rush order possible?

Always feel free to reach out! Depending on the production schedule, it might be possible to get your order done quickly. Rush fees may apply. Just send a note to

Are your marshmallows Kosher?

Yes! We are certified Kosher under United Kosher Supervision Inc. 

Are these marshmallows vegan?

They are not vegan, as we use a Kosher beef gelatin. However, we offer a vegetarian marshmallow fluff! Stay tuned as we work on perfecting a vegan marshmallow though! 

Can I find these marshmallows in stores?

At this time, the marshmallows are sold exclusively through the website and our NYC shop. However, local markets and pop-ups in NYC happen throughout the year, so feel free to follow on TwitterInstagram, or Facebook for updates! 

What is the shelf life of the marshmallows?

You can check out product info here. The marshmallows are best when consumed right away, at their freshest (because, why would you want to wait?). You can store them at room temperature, in their ziplock bags up to 4 weeks. 

Do I need to refrigerate the marshmallows?

Nope! The texture is just best at room temperature, however, if you would like to refrigerate them, it will extend their shelf life up to 2-3 months!

I just got an email with a promo code, but I placed my order last week and paid full price. Can I get a refund on the difference?

We hear you! While we'd love to be able to credit every customer back, it's just not possible. We offer fun promo codes and discounts often, so there's always a chance to take advantage of the next one! For more info on this topic, please find that here
