Easter Orders: All Cottontails will ship the week of March 29th. Any order, that includes the Cottontails in the order, will ship out the week of March 29th. If you have other items, along with Cottontails, in your order, and would like those other items shipped sooner than the week of March 29th, please place a separate order for those items. All Cottontails orders must be placed by March 21st. If any orders are placed on or after March 21st, and we are unable to fulfill your order, due to sold-out stock, your order of Cottontails will be canceled and you will be refunded.
When selecting your shipping speed at checkout, please take into account that orders will begin to go out on March 29th. Shipping speed estimates are given at checkout, and do not typically include weekend delivery dates. To ensure the best delivery speed, please select the fastest shipping speed, depending on your region. If you are selecting $60+ free shipping option, please note that generally Ground Shipping is the shipping method used. If Ground Shipping speed will take longer than you would like, and you are eligible for $60+ free shipping, please selected the appropriate shipping speed for your order. Free shipping is a courtesy, but any expedited shipping options must be paid for in full by the customer. We will ensure that all Easter orders go out on-time, on our part. Once your order leaves our facility, Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for any delayed deliveries made after April 4th, caused by carrier delays, a longer shipping speed option selected by the customer, or any other reason within our standard shipping policies below.
Please only provide a shipping address to a location where your package will be dropped off indoors.
All marshmallows are made to order and ship, via USPS Priority Mail (according to USPS, depending on the region, delivered in 1-3 days)**, and UPS, 3-5 business days after your order is placed (but, sometimes much sooner!). Right now, due to big delays with USPS, we recommend selecting UPS shipping at checkout. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday. Occasionally, Thursday-Saturday shipping is possible. Once shipped, orders will arrive in 1-3 days after the day of shipping, although we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Because of the delicate nature of the products, we suggest to not ship to APO, DPO or FPO addresses, and suggest not using a PO Box**. We cannot offer international shipping at this time.
**We are currently only shipping with UPS, as USPS experiences major delays. Due to the perishable nature of our product, and your eagerness to receive your shipments, we're shipping with UPS to ensure timely and dependable deliveries, to the best of abilities.
Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by the carrier due to weather or other causes beyond our control. Once tracking is created, please refer to that and send inquiries to the carrier, since the package is now traveling through their system, and only they have updates. If your package tracking indicates it was delivered, and you did not receive, please check any surrounding areas, and wait 24 hours before contacting. If your package has still not arrived, and is marked delivered, please contact the carrier or your local authorities to report a stolen package. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and relabeling.
Because the marshmallows are delicate, please only provide an address where your package can be sent to an indoor facility, if possible. Cool Shield bubble mailers are used to protect contents from normal temperature damage. If delivered packages are left outside, they will possibly experience damage and/or melting. Although Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for what happens to packages after they leave, we will work with you if the products within your package arrive extremely damaged.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges (in some circumstances, credit or new order might be issued). If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact within 48 hours of receiving your package (please provide photo evidence with a description of issue). All claims submitted after the 48 hour window, or without proper photo or order number, will not be eligible for return, refund or reship. Every customer should be satisfied, and we will try to sort out situations if anything should come up.
Squish Marshmallows are all made from scratch and hand cut. Because of this, each one is unique, like a snowflake, slightly varying in shape. However, each marshmallow is cut into a square, approximately 1.5”x1.5”x1”.
Squish Marshmallows uses as many natural ingredients as possible, doesn’t use corn syrup, food dyes, or eggs in the signature marshmallow base. Some marshmallows are gluten free and dairy free, which will be indicated in each product's details in the description.
Please store the marshmallows in a cool and dry place (they do not need to be refrigerated) and in their zip-locked bag or an air tight container. Shelf life is best within 3-4 weeks for signature marshmallows. You may refrigerate the marshmallows, if you'd like to extend their shelf life, up to 2-3 months (please note, their texture will be a bit firmer). You can find additional shelf-life information under each product's details in the description.
We do not use preservatives. The marshmallows are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. Not all of the marshmallows include some, or any, of these products, but trace amounts may be found. Some marshmallows are gluten free and dairy free, and will be indicated in each product's details.
Promo Codes and Discounts
Please refer to all terms and conditions listed with each promo code and discount (referred to as PCD going forward). All PCDs are for US online orders. All PCDs are not applicable toward previous orders or special events orders. All PCDs are only granted for the time they are set in place, until their expiration date. We are not able to credit differentials for previously placed orders. We appreciate your understanding with this policy, please do not contact for refunds of price differentials from previous orders, as these are flash specials that become extremely difficult to retroactively fix and cater to every previous order. PCDs are on-going, and we encourage you to subscribe to our emails, so that you never miss an opportunity to take advantage of the next PCD!
Typical items that are not eligible for discount codes include Comfort Kits, Marshmallow Making Kits, sale items, special events and custom orders. Other restrictions may apply, and will be listed in any promotional details.
Payment and Privacy
We do not share your personal information with any other parties. Your personal information is only used for transactions and for shipping your order. All of your information is protected by SSL.
Purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. If you need to cancel your order, an email must be sent within 24 hours of your order placement. Once your order is processed, you cannot cancel or request a refund for your order. All orders over $300 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
