Shipping policy

All marshmallows are made to order and ship, 3-5 business days after your order is placed (but, sometimes much sooner!). Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday. Occasionally, Thursday-Saturday shipping is possible. Once shipped, orders will arrive in 1-3 days after the day of shipping. Because of the delicate nature of the products, we do not ship to APO, DPO or FPO addresses, and suggest not using a PO Box. We cannot offer international shipping at this time.

Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by shipping carriers due to weather or other causes beyond our control. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and relabeling. Because the marshmallows are delicate, please only provide an address where your package can be sent to an indoor facility, if possible. Cool Shield bubble mailers are used to protect contents from normal temperature damage. If delivered packages are left outside, they will possibly experience damage and/or melting. Although Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for what happens to packages after they leave, we will work with you if the products within your package arrive extremely damaged.
